The absolute best way to contact one of our staff members is to use our contact form, on our Contact Us page. We will get a hold of you as soon as possible. Please include as much information in your contact request, so that we can have the relevant member of our staff contact you. If you wish for us to contact you via phone, please include your phone number in the message.
Outdoor Backpacks is an online store, without a brick and mortar showcase location or sales outlet. Our warehouse and our inventory is located in British Columbia, Canada.
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All online payments are processed using a trusted 3rd party credit card processor using an encrypted connection. We never store credit card information in any of our online or offline systems.
We may be able to accommodate alternate methods of payment such as PayPal or eTransfers. If you wish to purchase our products using an alternate method of payment, please contact us via our contact form, on our Contact Us page.
We would be happy to discuss custom orders with any of our customers. Are you in need of a large or custom order? Contact us using the contact form on our Contact Us page. At this time we do not offer customization of individual products (ie. patches, colors, etc.)
Taxes are included in the price of the products on our website. We do not charge any additional fees, aside from a shipping fee (when and where shipping is not free). Brokerage fees etc. are the customers responsibility, where applicable.
Want to return a product you have ordered from us? No problem. Simply ship back the unopened, unused product within 21 days of the purchase date with all original tags and packaging in saleable condition along with a copy of your receipt. Contact us using the Contact Us page for the return address. Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
In the case of exchanged items, no restocking fees will be applied. An additional shipping fee will be applied.

We aim to prepare your order, and have it shipped off within three business days of receipt of the order. Outside of that, we work with major carriers to have your order to you as quickly as possible. Where possible we provide our customers with a tracking number for their order.
